Estate Organizing
ecoBubba is a founding member of Bay Area Clear Estates, a partnership with other premiere professional organizers in the California Bay Area. We provide home clearing services in order to alleviate stress. We will utilize sales by local and online auction houses to assist with reducing costs incurred by clearing out a home.

We are experienced Certified Professional Organizers that provide a swift and effective turnaround of your estate along with our trusted network of appraisers, haulers, cleaning services, and non-profit charities.

How the Process Works
Phase 1: Plan + Organize
We begin by creating a project plan based upon your timeline and your resale options, if desired. We sort through the contents of the estate and set aside personal items for family and friends, valuable items for potential resale, and items that are only donatable.
We will also manage the removal of the items that go to family and friends in addition to the items that are to be donated.
Phase 2: Preparation
If the item resale option is chosen, we create a complete photo catalog of the resale items and upload into the online auction platform. Our experience with this process ensures an appealing auction that maximizes your financial return.
If the clear out only option is chosen, we work with outside service providers to remove remaining items from the property, with minimal disruption to your daily life. The property will be left completely cleared out.
Phase 3: Auction + Removal
For resales, the auction is advertised to our local buyers list in addition to the marketing strategies of the trusted online auction platform and will run for 10-12 days. Most items are sold and for those unsold items we will use our trusted resources to assist with rehoming and removing the rest. We manage the process from start to finish and leave the property completely cleared out.
